Testing 1.0
In order to verify that 1.0 does what it is supposed to, I put together a Gershwin standard to make sure the software performed as advertised. Here's the audio from the score:

1.0 seemed to pass with flying colors.

Sounds really good. I'm impressed!
VLC's automatic track labeling credits this piece to James P. Johnson instead of Gershwin. Do you know if that is correct?

Here is a link that discusses Gershwin's Liza, a piece from his musical Show Girl (1929).

James P. Johnson's version of this standard was the one I used for the test music. It dates from about 1937. Here is a link to Johnson's biography.

Tell me - is this music taken from the MuseScore written score and played back by the inbuilt synthesiser? Seems impossible, but that's a reproduction to be proud of! If it is I'm in for some FUN!
