Grace note on different clef

Well, says it all really. In a piano score, how do I put a grace note in the treble clef and the main note in the bass clef?

They don't have to be beamed. To see your current version, go to Help / About. If it's at least 2.0, please post the score you are having problems with and steps to reproduce the problem. Normally, though, it's as simple as click the note you want to move then press Ctrl+Shift+Down (or Up) to move to the staff below (or above).

One thing - the two staves do have to belong to the same instrument. You can't move notes from a flute staff to an oboe staff, for example. Or, if writing piano music, you need a single piano instrument with two staves, not two piano instruments with one staff each.

I'm on 2.0.2. I'm also sure my example meets your criteria above. When I select either or both grace notes in the example below, nothing happens when I do CTRL + SHIFT + down arrow, and when I do that combination with the up arrow it move I know an old lady Example2.mscz s both grace notes down an octave and a third to D. (The key signature should be B major, but that shouldn't affect the outcome.

I know an old lady Example2.mscz
