Music plays part of 1st ending instead of continuing on to 2nd ending

When I was arranging my Undertale medley, then playing it back, measures 88-92 were incorrect. Measures 90 and 91 are the first ending, but when it came time to play measure 92 (2nd ending) after 89, measure 91 played first. So, the 2nd measure of the 1st ending played before the 2nd ending, when it was not supposed to. I tried multiple times to fix it, but it would not comply.
