File Renaming
For some reason when I try to rename a .MSCZ file, after a few seconds it automatically changes back to the original name. For example, when changing a file name from "Anderw123Shi" to "Andrew123Shi", it will stay changed for a few seconds and then change back to the original name, "Anderw123Shi" (Notice there's a typo in 'Andrew'). Is there any way to fix this?

You mean right click: renaming
or the title into the Score? I believe the first, what OS?
How are you trying to rename the file? Using Windows Explroer, or somehow from within MuseScore?

Make sure the file is not open in MuseScore when you rename, because it's indeed possible that if the file is open in MuseScore, and you change the name under its back on the file system, MuseScore will not notice and next time you save in MuseScore, it will save with the old name.
