1. Open attached score.
2. Drag-select C-E-G.
3. Copy.
4. Select the following rest.
5. Paste.
Result: The entire chord has been pasted.
Discussion: Some maybe mislead into thinking whatever is applied will only affect what is selected. I would expect for certain (or all?) functions when drag-selecting a chord partially, all notes in it highlight. I wonder if it should only highlight all notes in one voice. This could be debated, perhaps.
Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (5310) - Mac 10.6.8.
This not the case any more in MuseScore 2.0 83da36ceb6
Drag selecting a note from a chord will select the chord.
Drag select will always make a range selection if it contains notes or rests.
