Multiple bar repeats / rests?

Is it possible to do multiple bar repeats or rests with MuseScore?

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to be to adjust the amount of bars that I want the multi measure rest to last for.
No matter what I adjust it to it will convert the entire amount of bars with rests into a multi measure rest .
Is there a way in which you can adjust the amount of bars you want the multi measure rest to last for? For example, would it be possible to have say a 4 bar (or other amount) multi measure rest at the beginning of a piece? Or, would it be possible to have specific length multi measure rests at other points throughout the piece?

MuseScore collects all measures into one multi measure rest until it finds a non empty measure or a measure with the flag "break multi measure rest" set or some other condition like a rehearsal mark.
The "multi measure rest" flag can be set in the measure properties dialog.

The problem with this is I don't want the rest of the piece to be converted into multi measure rests when I would like to insert more notes.
If possible, it would be much easier if it were possible to be able to set the amount of bars you want the multi measure rest to cover and any remaining bars could remain as semibreve rests so that you can continue inputting notes etc?
