Actual Tempo in Play Panel displays incorrect bpm?

Am using version 0.9.6.3 revision 3507, on Windows NT and noticed that when I first: change the tempo in the "Play Panel" window from 120bpm to something like 90bpm and next: select a song on a different tab, then the "Actual Tempo" value in the Play Panel window reverts back to 120bpm. It seems to be just a display issue, because the player seems to use 90bpm tempo, and also the slider remains approx at the 90bpm location. Tweaking the tempo again seems to fix the "Actual Tempo" value again, until I select a different song tab again.
