How to tie two chords
Hi everyone,
I'm writing some piano music and every now and then I need to tie every single note of a chord into a new one (in the same layer) but I can't do it properly. An exemple: let's say we put a chord (C, E and G, for instance) in the last beat of a bar and want it to continue into the first beat of the next bar, with the same sounds (C, E and G). When I try to tie every note some of them dissapear. Has anyone figured out how to do that? Thanks
Pedro

works for me. Only you have to create the entire cord in the next measure again, then select every signle note in the previous measure and hit '+'

True, it works fine. I don't understand why I couldn't figure out something so simple myself! hehe Now, there is some notes that collapse among themselves (on bar 4 and 21, F over G on both cases). Any idea how to solve it? Here is the score. Thanks

You mean the fact that the notes in two different voices are overlapping? While I'd call it a bug that MuseScore didn't sort that out for you (it seems to me it normally does), it's easy enough to workaround by double clicking the note you wish to move then hit an arrow key to nudge it. In bar 4, I'd nudge the F three clicks to the right - the rule is, stems should line up.
