Create child pages from sections of "Layout and formatting"

This page of the Handbook should be broken up into smaller pages, because it's getting seriously out of hand: https://musescore.org/en/node/35896

And the index just goes to show how huge the page is getting. I don't think there are any other pages in the Handbook quite that big. Mostly, it would be a case of each section getting its own page, with the main page (the "parent") basically having just the index—which in this case would still be plenty of content. ;-)
