Ditto here. Same errors displayed.
EDIT: here, on Windows 7, And Windows 10
Confirmed, on Windows 10. The archive seems incomplete and much smaller than the prev, 31.9MB vs 47.4MB
The prev one does work though.

I forgot to mention I'm on windows 10.
