How do I put double grace notes (violin) into my score (picture)?
The option does not seem to be in the "Master Palette", is there a trick?

Click on the note where you want to add grace notes;
Double-click the second symbol of the corresponding palette.
Each subsequent double-click inserts a new grace note.

Wow, that's the most elaborate… I don't know what it is! I've never used anything more complicated than the winking smiley face: ;-) Can you tell me what yours is?

They are called Kaomoji. Here, you can read about it http://kaomoji.ru/en/

Hello,
This seems to resolve the problem or having two or more grace notes one after the other.
What if I want to have double grace notes one on top of the other?
Thanks in advance.

Place your first grace note as usual.
Then select it and use Shift+<pitch> to add a chord note, just like you would on a normal note

It works!
Thanks :)

so a grace chord rather than a grace note?
I'm pretty sure the data structure for this is in place in the source code, but I don't seem to find a way in the UI to make use of it
Edit: Ah, there we go... @jeetee was quicker in responding and revealing the secret souce needed here ;-)

Hi, I read your advice but I don't quite understand what you mean. This may sound dumb but could you elaborate just a little more if you see this?

Can you add a single grace note to your main note?
If so, repeat those steps (select main note, click on grace note in palette) to add another one.
What is failing for you when you try?

Thank you, that makes more sense to me. I'm still kind of new to this app so I'm working my way around it a bit! Thanks again!
If you are doing music with frequent grace notes I suggest that you set up keyboard shortcuts for them. I have the top, right three keys on my keyboard ( / * - ) set up as semi-quaver, quaver (appoggiatura), quaver (acciaccatura). Or was that what your smiley represents?

( ^_^)/ Thanks for the tip, I will definitely think about doing that.
Lol, It's just an overly happy smiley face with tears of joy. It has Japanese connotation, so you have to know Japanese if you want to create one.
P;ease see attachment of Ode to Rockies score, pg. 28, M 143-4. I see how you do more than 1 grace note, but what I want in the Cellos is a double -stop grace note, which i've entered in M 144 to show what I want. How do I do that? Or can you? it made a good effect when it was first perfomed. The grace notes are to be on the C sharp on first beat. Thanks.

Select the grace note and press shift +a letter. Works just like any other note.
