Download problem - not appearing in app folder

Was so excited to find this app for Mac. I am on 10.5.8 and tried twice to download. It showed up on my desktop and the icon showing it to go into my apps folder showed up etc. But wont show up in the app folder and so when I create a score doc it says it cant find a default app to open it with. WOuld sure love to start using this program. Any ideas?

Thanks I got it working!

What is the procedure for having a sharp note make all other sharp notes of that pitch stay sharp. Currently I am finding it wants to have every occurence of that with sharp sign in front it it. And so far I am hightlighting the sharp in the palette and then going over each time make the red dot appear on the note to be sharped.

If you want the sharp to be at the key for example F sharp, you can drag a key from the key palette to the first measure.
If you use sharp in the score, and want them to have effect on the whole staff it's not possible, and it's not common in music notation. The common meaning is for a measure only.

The handbook could use the expertise of a Mac user on this topic. See Installation and add a subheading for Mac OS. I'd be happy to do any copy editing afterward if needed but I can't write the documentation since I do not have access to a Mac.
