Occasionally Musescore causes me to bluescreen.
It happened once before, I don't remember the conditions, but after closing it it went to the BSOD and restarted my computer.
Just today I was listening to a downloaded song, when I closed Musescore and I bluescreened.

It's very unlikely MuseScore cause the BSOD itself. You should check your hardware.
Hmmmm, I'll see if I can find anything out. My computer isn't exactly top quality, so It would be expected. It has several problems with it, and I need a new one.
I'm running on a toshiba satelite; i only use musescore plugged in on high perfomance. I have an i7 core and 8 G of ram. It still crashes my comp about 1/5 times. Even when all my things are up to date.

Musescore is 1.3 im on windows 7.
My computer actually crashes, it doesn't just close musescore.

WHat are you doing when this happens? As mentioned a couple of years ago when this thread first came up, it's much more likely a hardware problem or Windows issue than anything in MuseScore, but knowing what you were doing when it happens might help narrow this down.

I have tried turning musescore on right away after my comp. Crashes. Turning other programs on first. Crashes. I have the latest version of musescore and it's the only thing that crashes
