How to add a multiple measure rest

Hi everybody,

in a musescore file I saw a multiple measure rest:

How can I add such a rest? If I press "Z" and enter the search term "rest" I can find a multiple measure rest.
But when I add it, it is not possible to change the symbol`s length or the number of measures.
