Was ist eingestellt im Menü unter Bearbeiten-Einstellungen...->Ein-/Ausgabe (https://musescore.org/de/handbook/voreinstellungen#i-o)?

Möglicherweise #270996: No sound on upgrade to 2.2 if default soundfont was saved as default, dann helfen die dort aufgeführten Worarounds
