When displaying selected notes that are octave shifted by ottava lines (8va, 8vb, etc.) on the piano keyboard visualizer, the ghost view is shown as if the notes were written without the ottava line. For example, a selected C4 written within an ottava sopra (8va) line will display as if it was, in fact, a C4, despite the actual note pitch being C5. Note that during playback of the note, the piano keyboard shows the correct note being played, this is only a problem with the ghost view of selected notes on the piano keyboard.

Attempting to input notes within an ottava line using the piano keyboard with the "Step-Time (Default)" selection mode will place the note as if the ottava line wasn't there. For example, clicking on the C5 key while within an ottava sopra will place a note with an actual pitch of a C6.

I have put these two bugs under the same report, due to them both most likely being caused by the same or similar issue.

Priority P3 - Low

The first part seems a bug, the second somehow doesn't to me, although I recognize that's weird to say since I suspect you're right that it's really the same issue.
