Adjusting endpoints on lines always move anchors

Add any line (besides a slur or Ambitus) to the score. Use ctrl+arrow to fine tune the endpoints. The anchor point will always jump to the next note if you move it toward another note. There should be the ability to fine tune the end points of all lines without the anchors moving. I suggest the ctrl+arrow or ctrl+drag always move the endpoint without changing the anchor point on lines. This is not likely to be done accidentally and the user will have the freedom to adjust the lines any way they like.
