Can you try to give more information? What are you actually trying to do? Are you notating a piece of music or are you referring to something you are downloading from the other arm of MuseScore, the .com arm?
Please try to explain as much about what you are doing as possible. :)

Right now it isn't even clear if you are referring to MsueScore itself - the notation editor on your computer - or perhaps the website musescore.com, or perhaps one of the mobile apps.

I am not a music creator, I only look for songs with piano scores, but the problem is that when I read the score, I could not found the sharps or flats in any song that I look for on the platform.
And I realized this when I find the piano symbol and I can see the song by means of a piano that is playing and there you can see the bass and flats.
In conclusion I want to see how you can see the notes with sharps or flats on the sheet music.
Here below I leave a file of how it is not seen on the sheet and how in piano mode you can see them.

The sharps are in the key signature right at the beginning. That’s how music notation works; it’s perfectly normal. If you’re not familiar with the idea of key signatures, you might want to do some studies on the basic of music notation and theory.
