It was working fine. But today it will not open. I've rebooted, tried starting from the command line with -F, uninstalled, deleted the ini file and any other traces other than the scores saved in my the Musescore folder in My Documents, re-installed. It will not open at all. No error messages. Does not show up in Task manager. Windows 7. Band in a Box is also installed so maybe there is a driver issue? But they worked together before. (not at the same time.) Any ideas? Thanks.

Try running it from the command line with -w or -s to see if that fixes it. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options
I haven't figured why yet, but if I disable my network connection (turn off wireless card in my laptop) Musescore opens.
If there's an existing instance running in task manager I have to kill it and then launch the app again with the wireless off.
I'm guessing it's trying to connect to something over the Internet that isn't available so it hangs.

I used System Restore to set the pc back to before today's security update. Now the program will begin to start but then I get this error message:
Update to 3.4.2 or 3.5 alpha.
