How to change font size?
The original font size of Musescore is too tiny, which makes me hard to read. Does anyone know how to change it? Please tell me, thanks!

What I said is the application font rather than that of the sheet. I've used Jojo-Schmitz's method to solve it but still appreciate your help ^_^

Easy and effective method. Thank your help again!
Or maybe it's that MuseScore isn't detecting your monitor resolution correctly so everything from the toolbar icons to the palettes to the score itself is too small. If so, you need the "-D xxx" command-line option, where "xxx" is the true resolution in DPI.
If you attach a screenshot and/or describe the problem in more detail, we can advise better.

Remember what? The commandline option? No.
But you can make it part of the startup, like by modifying the link/shortcut you use to start MuseScore
