How To Copy Paste Measures From Another File?
I copy the measures then paste it to on a empty bar on another file.
It pastes measures like a mess. (Without measure information or break markers etc.)

Copy/paste currently indeed ignores key- and time signatures, irregular measures, barlines and quite a few other things. See #165746: Request option to copy system elements with copy/paste (ALL ELEMENTS)
