Dynamic markings with offset velocity
My score starts in mf with offset=8 in voice 1 and with offset=0 in voice 2
If the score later increases to f do I also need to increase the offset in voice 1 to keep that same loudness difference between the voices? If so, by how much?

Have you set all voice1 notes to 8? (did you select all of them and offset 8 from inspector?)
If you did it like this, when you change the dynamic, you don't need to do anything else.
The offset velocity value increases or decreases the level of dynamics in percentage for the adjusted notes.

(Yes, I did set the voice 1 offset 8 by selecting all voice 1 notes and using inspector)
