Crash reproduces consistently for me, will submit an issue.

Thank you! What are the next steps? Will there be a new version with a fix for this issue? Can I get a temporary fix in the meantime?
For the record: Crashes also in MuS 3.6.2 and 3.7. but not in MuS 2.3.2. But it contains errors.
See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/25617
This entry from the file is a clue:
" Sibelius 20.9.0
Direct export, not from Dolet
Sibelius / MusicXML 3.0"
Sibelius needs this 'Dolet" installed in order to create a file MU4 can read. You can run a search for it online.
Trivial solution created, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/25629

For 3.7 I backported it in https://github.com/Jojo-Schmitz/MuseScore/pull/710
It does fix the crash, but reports that score as corrupt (Leons's version dies the same)
Measure 11, staff 2 incomplete. Expected: 139/128; Found: 26/24
And with that fixed it stumbles accross measure 14 staff 1
Anyway, have fun with it Peter_Martin_-_Playing_the_Blues.mscz
I'm not sure single incident fixes help the over all problem much. Those problems didn't exist in Sibelius. It is know that the dolet is needed. I have been importing mxl from Sibelius for years without problem because of the dolet.
