Nubie Q: VU metering in the mixer or elsewise?
I'm ramping up in MS by importing various .MID / .XML pieces - usually orchestral. Is there a way to see a per-channel (per-instrument?) VU meter during playback? I'm not finding any advice in the Handbook.

I don't believe so but it would be an important addition for those who write for digital instruments.
I would have thought it would be in the mixer section.

No. I would be surprised if it didn't get added to the DAW feature in 4.0.
It need not be an actual VU 'meter', an LED bargraph would be fine. Thanks.
