Problem with newest update

I updated to the newest version 3.5.0, and immediately, my previous scores started sounding terrible at points. I tried to restore back to the previous version 3.4, but whatever damage was done was not reversed.

To duplicate my problem, play the example file. The very last chord sounds terrible when you use the AutoPlayBack, but if you play it on the piano, it sounds nice. I checked each pitch against my piano and they all match, but the whole chord with the AutoPlayback is NOT the same as the chord that is written! I'm not good enough musically to know what chord the Autoplayback is really playing, but it's not right. I have MP3 exported versions of the same music/same chord before the update that sound great; I know I'm not going crazy.
