Bracket in 3.5.3 Musescore
In your symbols and graphics class it shows you can add brackets to the score. I am learning the accordion and would like to use brackets to show where to open and close the bellows. When I try to add brackets they only appear at the beginning of each line, outside the key signature and all the measures. It doesn’t work like your class says and shows it should. When I use the commands from the class it goes to the outside of the line. Drag and dropping the bracket doesn't work either. Thank you for your help.

I'm guessing the picture is what you are getting. What do you want it to look like?
Sorry it's version 3.5.2.3
Press Z enter bracket

Is it in some scores indicated with: open <---/ close --->?
Thank you Shoichi and Mike, by hitting Z and then entering the search word “bracket” I was able to drag and drop a bracket wherever I wanted. Not sure why I can't do that from any other method but I'm glad I found one that works. Is there a way to make the brackets bigger? Enlarge the font size? There is one bracket that is a bit larger but it only faces one direction. X doesn't flip them horizontally (open and close bellows) ... is there another way to either flip the larger one or make some of the pairs of brackets larger?

Symbols can't be resized one by one, which is what you would need. If you have a picture of your goal, there may be a different, easy way that would let you do what you want.

In the attached: Ctrl+T to add text; Inspector to change font size.
You can put them in a custom palette (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/palettes#custom-palettes) for future uses
Thank you Mike for taking the time to get back to me.
One more question. Is there a way to see the full conversations including other peoples? When I click on other people's topics I don't see the answers, the link doesn't take me anwhere.

You are responding using the link in the email, which I don't receive because I opted out of it. You can view the full conversation at https://musescore.org/en/node/313257

Thank you Shoichi. By using text instead of a symbol I can do whatever I want in terms of size. Perfect. I used the brackets from my keyboard.
Is there a way to read answers to other peoples' questions or even see the history to my questions?

Text is definitely the way to do that.
I don't see any conversations, not even ours. When I click on other peoples' questions I also only see the full text of their questions. For example I clicked on several old questions from other people just to show you that I do not see the answers. I only see their full question. I picked one at random to show you both what happens when I try to see other people's - or even our own text history.

What page were you on when you clicked to get the page you show? When I click on that topic I see all 9 responses as well.

Maybe the Browser?
I'm attaching the version of Safari that the log histories (answers) don't show up in.
Thank you both again for your help. Yes, it was the browser.
I hope you both have a wonderful day.
One last pic: In Chrome I could see your helpful pics. In email all I could see was the text and in Safari on your board I couldn't see anything. Now I know to open chrome for any answers to questions. Learned so much today. Thank you both one last time:). Even without the extremely helpful pic I was able to figure it out based on text alone though. Still, it would be awesome if it worked better in Safari, for us Mac users. Probably easier said than done...

Continue watching. I suspect there is a Mac user out there that can give you tips. You're the first Mac user I remember having this problem.

Can you try FireFox on your Mac?
