Crash on too long note
crashed my MuseScore twice in quick succession, but i cant reproduce it again.
I went to change the note value half way through a 4/4 bar to a whole note (so make it bigger than the bar itself) the program just crashed, instead of the expected outcome of creating 2 tied half notes.
Did this twice, third time I opened a new score to try test it but no success, and it no longer crashes the original.
Not looking for support just wanted to flag a potential bug.:)

I have noticed, lately, a few odd things happening that were cleared up by reopening the score or restarting Musescore.
aand i just figured out how to reproduce
using ctrl+del to delete the notes

It took a littlw while to figure out what was happening, but I managed to reproduce. Can you please submit this as an official bug report to the issue tracker, but instead of a video, just write out the steps? That's much easier for us to work from.
