title frame

Is there a way to change the default dimensions of the title frame, so that I can then save it as a part of a template? I understand I can manually change the position of the different items, e.g., composer. What I want is to shorten the height of the title frame so that composer and lyricist names appear closer to the title, and do this an a systematic way to all of my scores. Thanks!
