Stickings
Is there a way to make the sticking appear above the staff line by default, or at least a way to select all the stickings in a file and move them as a group at once?

And to be clear, the "set as style" button is the one with the "S" icon right next to the setting you want to set as style. In this case, the setting is labeled "Placement".
