pdf to mscz
So, converting a pdf to musescore. I do it, and when I click download, this happens:

Have you tried the conversion from: https://musescore.com/import ?

You may use Import PDF from menu file

or go directly to

or install the newest free Audiveris on your PC from
https://github.com/Audiveris/audiveris/releases
this requires some training but gives the best results.

I saved your image as a pdf file and tried to convert it with my locally installed Audiveris, but the result was very poor. I think the quality of your source is not good enough for a graphical conversion, so you should enter it manually.

As an exercise I spent one hour with my Audiveris and got the attached result. Mostly triplets and flags for 8th notes were not recognized. For unknown reason measure 95 voice 3 could not be corrected, but now it should be easy to do the rest in Musescore.

You should remove the parts from your pdf-file before converting.
In my audiveris result there are some extra measures and missing notes on page 16.
Edit: or take the mscz-file (from Mu3)
