Making all staves spacing the same
I've been trying to change the spacing between staves but some of the measures won't adjust when I change the distance from Format > Style > Page.

Score needed to investigate, the image doesn't help much

I just want to move the treble and bass clef staff close to each other but changing it on Format > Style> Page won't do it. It only applies on other staff.

Again: without the score we can't help
As mentioned, from a picture we can only guess, but I've got a pretty good one - one of those symbols that looks like it is attached to the bottom staff was actually attached to the top then dragged down. Delete and re-add to the correct staff and the spacing fixes itself.
If that doesn't help, then please attach the score so we can understand and assist better.
