Duel Score Sheets

I don't know what I have done, but every time I open a new score sheet I end up with duel scores, which types whatever I am entering into both score sheets. I have tried to delete one or the other sheet but end up with a blank page, thankfully I saved work previously done. does anyone have a suggestion for getting back to just one page at a time? I haven't tried printing it out as yet, it will be interesting to see if I get 2 sheets or one. anyway, thank you.
