How to put grace note on half note/dotted half note?
Is it possible to put a grace note on a half note or a dotted half note?
If it is possible, please let me know how to do it, as it doesn't play as a grace note in the player when added.

I understand how to create and place a grace note, it's just when I place it like this, it doesn't play correctly. The same duration applies to all the note types 1-9.

O don't hear anything, this is just a picture.
Anyhow, there are different expectations how grace notes are to sound. MuseScore uses one, you apparently expect the other

The picture shows an appoggiatura, which is meant to take half or two-thirds the value of the main note. You probably mean to use an acciaccatura, which is played quickly. That's the one with the slash through the stem.
