2 bar repeats

I know the Master Palette has the 2-bar repeat symbol, which can serve as a workaround, but in practice this workaround is somewhat janky, for these reasons:

(1) It doesn't work for playback, unlike the 1-bar repeat
(2) Requires the extra steps of making rests invisible and adding "2" in staff text attached to invisible rest, and then manually positioning that text over the barline
(3) When you extract parts, that "2" moves around, so it requires enough manual adjustment to pretty much make it not useful at scale
