I've tested this and other similar scores with the latest 3.6 and this annoying issue still persists: a certain degree of tremolo usage is apparently not very welcome by the playback as several other instruments get muted...
Could someone please confirm whether there is some settings that might alleviate the issue ?

I'm not sure why you say you need a score as it's already present as link attached to the ticket.
Regarding the steps on how to reproduce it, you will come across the issue already when you play it on musescore.com (expecially in the 3rd bar).
If you download it and execute it you will also hear that some instruments are like "chocked".
It it shows that behavoir on musescore.com and there only, we'd have to close the idssue here and you'd have to report it over on musescore.com (see https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657).
The score you link to on musescore.com can change any time or even become unavailable, hence better directly attach it here...

In order to investigate, we would need someone to attach a score here and give precise steps to reproduce the problem.
