You mean you want the staff bigger, and thus the numbers that appear on it bigger as well? Format / Page Settings, the scaling (staff space) setting.

As I understand your question: if it is for a specific staff, such as the TAB staff of the dulcimer: right-click TAB staff -> Part / staff properties -> Increase "Line Distance".

You can use the following steps if you just want to increase the distance between tablature staff lines:
• Right-click the tablature staff
• choose Staff/Part Properties
• in the Staff/Part Properties increase the value of Line Distance
