Error file
A score I have worked on very hard is refusing to be opened - error message. Please help! I che an't upload the actual file on the 'choose a file' tab, no matter how hard I try, so here is the file name in case it helps:
MuseScore3/scgq6784.mscz
Any ideas most appreciated

If you cannot open it, then attach the score to a message posted here, with the Choose a file button.

The file will not appear for me to select it, so I think i am just going to rewrite my score as best as I can.

It will appear if you navigate to the correct folder. See https://musescore.org/en/node/52116 for info on where this folder is for your particular operating system.
There's a decent chance the error message is correct and the autosave file is bad, though. Still, the rest of the info on that page might provide useful in finding other backups.
