Between lyrics syllables? You can configure the max. distance of dahes between syllables, see Format > Style > Lyrics

I mean insted of one hyphens between each letter I would like to have 3 in between, without put more space in between. Just more hyphens. Musescore offer one hypens and in the orginal sheet music it is more than one but the space is the same!

MuseScore will add more hyphens if the syllables are far apart enough to "need" them. Those settings are what controls what "need" means here. So it should be possible to get that effect by playing with those settings, but if you continue to have trouble, please attach your actual score so we can assist.
If on the other hand you are talking a case where the notes are not in fact far apart at all but you want multiple hyphens for some other reason - - - like, - - - for dramatic effect - - - see what I did there? :-) - - - then you can enter the hyphens manually within the lyric using Ctrl+-
