How to add harp sound just for 1 bar
is there any method just to edit one bar playing "harp" sound then continue to normal tone?

Use an "Instrument Change" text, one to switch to Harp and another to switch back

I selected the note, change the instrument to "Harp" but once I changed it, the rest of the notes in other bars will be changed to lower octave too?

When I change the next note back, the previous notes I changed to harp also changed back.

That should not be the case unless you do it on the 2nd half of that tied chord, use the following rest or note instead

A question is: why a harp sound? Apparently, you want a harmonic sound with these notes with diamond head?
Without changing the instrument, one can get (a little) closer to the expected effect, e.g. by adding an ottava line and a soft dynamic (say's a p), and hide them. So : 2Yotta Shakura.mscz
(this said, there remains a "difficulty between" the previous chord, E major, and the harmonics, Em : I don't know if it is intentional or not)
