More details needed. Does it happen when loading a certain score?
What version of MuseScore exactly? Make sure it is 3.6.2.
What are the "famous last words" on the splash screen?
Then try reinstalling it. Directly after a reboot, without an attempt to have started MuseScore before. Take the 'Repair' option on that reinstall.
If after that the -w option is still needed, but also a start via double-clicking a score file works. go to Edit > Preferences and disable the start center.

Try reverting to factory settings, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings#instruction…
If reverting doesn't help, try the -w option, if that doesn't help try -s

The method with -w work - if I run over this method the programm evrything is fine.

It work. I have disable the splash screen, start center and star it empty and I can run it now also from the shortcut.
No need to disable the splash screen, on the contrary, it may give helpful hints if MuseScore gets stuck in the startup.
Did you try the reinstall?
