I have the latest version.
Steps: Click a bar. Press spacebar.
Two of us have checked the notes and they seem to be correct. The playback sounds wrong on 2 different computers, a Mac and a PC, and in 2 different scores. The whole of the Badinerie seems wrong. Bars 49 to 53 in the Haydn seem wrong. Please see attachments.

Unhide all the hidden staves and in bar 49 the C# in the cello, viola and clarinet against the C natural in the bassoon seem suspect. Also suspect in bar 50 D in cello against C# in bassoon.
As noted, there are invisible staves here playing back things you probably don't want. Either delete them or mute them.

Thanks. I started over with just the four parts I wanted. Now it's fine.
Recently, I updated to 4.0.2.
This is terrible bad.
For the same music notes, I played back on Musescore 4.0.2 was higher one octave pitch.
But it was normal when I exported it.
Unfortunately, I cannot resume to 4.0.1 version.
You can revert by uninstalling 4.0.2 and then downloading and installing 4.0.1
However, this is entirely unrelated to the OP's issue
Please attach your score so we can investigate.
