Playback grayed out 9/10 times I start the program and it can't be fixed with any steps on your website.
As the title says, playback is grayed out 9/10 times I start the program and it can't be fixed with any steps on your website. I tried everything from the forums and tips, nothing fixes it and it is really inconvenient to use the program when I can't hear the playback.

I would try to revert ot factory settings https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings
And also I found, sometimes, when other program is running and uses different blayback device settings, musescore playback is disabled.

Tried reverting, tried running nothing but musescore, still doesn't fix it.
See #323810: Playback not working(grayed out) 9/10 times...
So the real question is, what are you doing differently that 1/10 times that it does work?

Literally nothing different, just choses to work randomly and very(VERY) rarely.

So you're not doing anything differently on purpose.
But anything since booting your PC might have influenced your sound system, most likely other programs that have been started inbetween.
Esp. check:
In case of interference with other programs, esp. on Windows, go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked.
What OS (operating system)?
What's your hardware setup?
For example, using an added sound card instead of on-board sound?
Gaming headset with microphone?
Bluetooth speakers or headphones?
You wouldn't happen to have Jack Audio selected in I/O instead of Port Audio?
Be sure to follow each and every one of the steps carefully, to the letter. For instance, you do not seem to have completed step 8 (providing the requested information). It's hard to know which other steps you might not have completed fully, so here is the FAQ article again: https://musescore.org/en/node/96811. Please go through each step one by one and be sure you didn't leave anything else out.
