Change volume of voices

Hi,
when I have a staff with two voices and want to change the volume of these individually, how can I do this?
I could not locate this topic in the manual.

Thanks for your replies.
The voice-velocity plugin seems not to work under the current Musescore version. However, obviously velocity can be handled in the inspecteur by selecting the respective voice.
