Individually, click the element (works for pretty much any text) then change the size in the Inspector. If you've previously closed the Inspector, reopen it from the View menu, then I suggest leaving it open. To then apply that setting to all elements of the same type, click the "set as style" button ("S" icon) next to setting control itself.
