In piano with the Treble clef, write every note from A0 (Or another note on the ledger line A0 natural is located on, say A0 sharp) to at least G7 (Or a note at the place G7 natural is located on, say G7 flat), all the notes being 1/8th or shorter notes, and all notes must fit in one measure, when you do this the lines indicating the length of the note overflows and goes under the notes, despite the lines coming out of the notes going above the notes. In the attached file I wrote every note from A0 to C8. Works in Page view, Continuous view and Single Page view.

Title Note lines (the lines on top of or under 2 or more 1/8th or shorter notes) over flowing and appearing at the bottom instead of top. Beams detached from stems in score with 1024th notes and many ledger lines

Beams are the name of "the lines on top of or under 2 or more 1/8th or shorter notes". I can confirm they are messed up in your score. I'm not sure of the exact cause, but it seems to relate to the extreme shortness of the duration of the notes (1024th notes) and the extreme number of ledger lines used. Definitely a corner case, but it probably has a simple solution, some place where we aren't just aren't expecting a score to push the bounds of notation so far.

Sorry, just realized I attached the wrong file, also, to make it work with 128th notes, it's not the same, you can see what you have to do in the score attached.

Fwiw, also the issue only occurs with stems up, not down, at least as applied to the original. There may be other contributing factors like whether it’s the first system of the page etc - I didn’t investigate enough to say. But it seems likely to be an extremely rare corner case.
