Note entry not conforming to key signature
I have been working on a file, and trying to cope with dealing with music issues as well as MuseScore niggles.
I noticed that in the current state of this file, trying to enter notes in the LH of this piano part gives notes that do not conform to the key signature. Something must have happened in the history of development to cause this to happen, as earlier I was quite pleased (and also surprised) to note that I didn't have to keep changing notes to conform to what I wanted to hear, or to a key signature, but now this file seems to have reverted to a behaviour I don't want.
If I put a B in now I want - and [did] expect - it to be shown as a B flat - in accordance with the key signature - but that is not what happens. In bar 2 the B should sound B flat, but doesn't - so it has to be specifically marked with a flat accidental in bar 3.
The LH Bs may look as though they would sound B flat - because of the key signature, but in fact they sound B natural. This issue applies to both staves in the piano part.

The B in measure 3 is a B flat. In measure 2 and 4 is is marked with a natural though, so is a plain B. Any they do sound as they should, as far as I can lell, and adding a flat to the B in measure 3 doesn't change the sound at all.

I have now a new version derived after several more iterations from that version, and oddly the sounds are now appropriate. However they definitely were not in the one I sent in earlier.

Well, they certainly were/are correct in the score you attached above
I have seen cases where after inserting or deleting a measure at the very beginning of a piece, MuseScore can get confused and either show a key signature it doesn't recognize, or else not show a key signature but act like it is there. I can't remember the exact sequence of steps necessary to trigger this bug or it's already been fixed - I don't see an open issue report for it. But I seem to recall it was reproducible.
Anyhow, to my knowledge, if this ever happens, it always fixes itself on save and reload. Which may be why we can't reproduce any problem with the score you posted. The LH notes do show - and sound - a B natural for me, and the right hand notes sound as Bb and have no accidental. But if you were hit by the bug, it would indeed have been as you described before the save / reload.

Hi, I have experimented this behaviour by symply erasing (CTRL+DEL) at least one quarter in the first measure.
As Marc already specified, this gets fixed on reload.
