MuseScore.org uses Google search engine for website search. But it is impossible for users in China mainland to get access.
There is some work around, such as manually type site:musescore.org keywords
. Howevernormal users won’t do this.
My suggestion is to click the icon on the top right of page to switch the modes to “site search”. But the options are always ignored for most users.

Are you sure that the musescore.org search does use Google? If it did, the results should be much better than they currently are, as far as I can tell.
ISTR even a request to actually do use Google for this purpose.

I’m quite sure.

It won’t return anything if you are using google in China mainland.
OK, so the 'normal' search does not use Google, but offeres to use Google instead.
Maybe other options could get added there (not replace Google), Bing being all but one of the possible options.

The one I am discussing with is for Handbook searching, which has no results in certain region.
We can definitely search scores in MuseScore.com.

That might help.
I'm not talking about musescore.com. The link to Google in your image is an extra option, on top of the 'normal' musescore.org search, else you won't see the search hits above it

This is how it doesn’t work in our place. (Without VPN)
It remains blank.
Ah, I see.

It won’t work until you manually chooose a different mode from the top right menu.
I finally noticed the menu icon and managed to find the options, but most people don’t.

We didn’t notice the dropdown menu before. For People who use the website for the first time, their default searching option is to use Google’s.
I've never noticed that menu either ;-)
