If that is not the solution, diagnosis will be much easier if you came back and attach the score (.mscz file) rather than a pdf. Attachment missing. But better attach the score itself, not a PDF
No pdf attached but you possibly have Enable indentation on first system checked. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting#style-score.
If that is not the solution, diagnosis will be much easier if you came back and attach the score (.mscz file) rather than a pdf.

Somehow you had a leading space of 50sp set on the first note. Reset that to default of 0 and unsurprisngly the gap disappears.
