Won't load
When I try to launch Musescore the blue panel appears but then a blank white square window appears in front of it and it freezes(see attached.) The only way to close it is with the task manager. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, downloading and reinstalling. Nothing works. I am dead in the water. I am running Windows 10 pro. HELP!

Hmmm. If you can get ahold of a MuseScore file (mscz) you can double click it to try to open MuseScore. You can also check the Windows Event Viewer to see what is causing this.

Thanks. I already tried launching it with one of my existing mscz files. No go. Will check out the events viewer.

Does the Task Manager indicate any high resource usage?
Have you tried a revert to factory settings?

Have you tried pressing "Esc" when that white area shows up?
There was an issue with some window manager (mostly on *nix) that failed to show the telemetry consent dialog; this would to my knowledge be the first occurrence on windows of this issue.
Pressing escape will cancel out that dialog without giving your consent for telemetry. If you do wish to enable it, you can later do so via the advanced properties.
