Parts - Single part - Customizing
Hi,
may somebody experienced the same phenomenon and can help to solve it. I'm not yet sure, that it is a bug, or my ignorance only.
When I generated a 'Single part', packed with some selected instruments from the score, I am unable to customize it later as it is described in the handbook (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/parts#Customize_parts).
I carefully follow instructions but after I selected the part in the "Parts" pane, the "Instruments in Score" pane remains disabled. I cannot select any instrument, the whole pane is grey. The only possibility is to remove instruments from "Instruments in Part" pane.
What can I try to make the instruments selectable?

You mean that after having opened File > Parts and selecte a pert in the upper half of the dialog, selecting an instrument in the bottel right part and the - button is not working?

I mean, that when I select a part in the upper half of the dialog, the LEFT bottom part is not working. (The right one does and the [-] button in the middle also.) Actually all instruments are listed in the left pane, but none of them is possible to select.

Ah, I see. it is possible to remove instruments from a part, but not to add them.
Probably a bug indeed.
Actually removing doesn't work either, it just pretends to.
